Our “Self Care” package is transportation from surgery ONLY. When your surgery is complete we will safely and comfortably transport you back to your recovery location. We will reach out to your emergency contact once you have gone into recovery and once you are in route with an ETA.  It’s very important to be comfortable when traveling to and from massage appointments. You want to protect your investment while being as comfortable as possible. We will accommodate you to ensure you will be comfortable for the entire ride. After leaving your massages we provide complimentary beverages and a light snack. There is 1 ride in this package. Extra rides can be added.

**Please note if you’re out of a 10 mile radius a travel fee will be applied. $2 per mile!

Round trip Post Op & Massage are not available with this option. Please see our “Code Pink” package.

Please provide the name and number of the person we should contact when you are headed into recovery. We will also contact them once you are in the vehicle with an ETA. This can be your private nurse or family member. If you don’t have an “Emergency Contact” and will be recovering alone please put “No Emergency Contact” below. Please note there is a fee of $25 to assist you into your recovery location.

Date of procedure. If your surgery is on Sunday please make a reservation under our “Emergency Ride” package. If you have the time of your procedure please provide the time. If not we will get the information from you the evening of pre op.

If your transportation requires the highway this option allows you use the express lane. The express lane is intended to bypass traffic as traffic in south Florida can fluctuate depending on the time. If your route is on the turnpike, 836 or 112 expressway please choose this option as these routes have tolls.

***If you are not sure of the milage please contact us so we can provide you with the number to put below (305)684-2257*** 10 miles are included with every package. After 10 miles there is a travel fee if $2 per mile each way.
