Our “Miami Socialite” package provides transportation for clients who don’t want to worry about how they will be getting from and to the airport, to their appointments, and have their massages at their recovery location. This includes pick up upon arrival at the airport to your recovery location. We will pick you up from your recovery location and provide a comfortable ride to your Pre Op appointment. From your Pre Op appointment back to your recovery location. The day of your surgery we will take you to your recovery location. After surgery will safely and comfortably transport you back to your recovery location. It’s very important to be comfortable after surgery, we will accommodate you to ensure you will be comfortable for the ride back to your recovery location. After surgery and all post op rides we will provide complimentary beverage and light snack. We will take you to your post op appointment and back to your recovery location. The day of your departure will pick you up from your recovery location and comfortably take you to the airport for your departure . This package does NOT include transportation to or from massages. There are 8 rides in this package. Extra rides can be added.

**Please note if you’re out of a 10 mile radius a travel fee will be applied. $2 per mile! Airport arrivals/departures between 7:00pm-8:00am are subject to an early/late, arrival/departure fee of +$25.

Please provide the name and number of the person we should contact when you are headed into recovery. We will also contact them once you are in the vehicle with an ETA. This can be your private nurse or family member. If you don’t have an “Emergency Contact” and will be recovering alone please put “No Emergency Contact” below. Please note there is a fee of $25 to assist you into your recovery location.

***If you are not sure of the milage please contact us so we can provide you with the number to put below (305)684-2257*** 10 miles are included with every package. After 10 miles there is a travel fee if $2 per mile each way.

If your transportation requires the highway this option allows you use the express lane. The express lane is intended to bypass traffic as traffic in south Florida can fluctuate depending on the time. $10 each way. If your route is on the turnpike, 836 or 112 expressway please choose this option as these routes have tolls.
