With the “Code Pink” package when you are ready to be released from your surgery center we will safely and comfortably transport you back to your recovery location. It’s very important to be comfortable after surgery, we will accommodate you to ensure you will be comfortable for the ride back to your recovery location. After surgery and all post op rides we provide complimentary beverages and a light snack. You will also get round trip transportation for your post op appointment. Extra rides can be added.

**Please note if you’re out of a 10 mile radius a travel fee will be applied.

Please provide the name and number of the person we should contact when you are headed into recovery. We will also contact them once you are in the vehicle with an ETA. This can be your private nurse or family member. If you don’t have an “Emergency Contact” and will be recovering alone please put “No Emergency Contact” below. Please note there is a fee of $25 to assist you into your recovery location.

***If you are not sure of the milage please contact us so we can provide you with the number to put below (305)684-2257*** 10 miles are included with every package. After 10 miles there is a travel fee if $2 per mile each way.

If your transportation requires the highway this option allows you use the express lane. The express lane is intended to bypass traffic as traffic in south Florida can fluctuate depending on the time. If your route is on the turnpike, 836 or 112 expressway please choose this option as these routes have tolls.

If paying a deposit, by clicking “I agree” you acknowledge that the balance must be paid off in full 7 days before the first ride. All payments are FINAL! No Exceptions! If you are rescheduled we will accomadate your new date. A grace period of 2 weeks will be given for us to receive your new date. After 2 weeks you forfeit your payment. Please note all payments are final!
